Health Export
Your body has been emitting metrics for years, and the Health app is the only dashboard. Health Export is the exporter: it copies Apple Health out as plain files you can query in a spreadsheet, a notebook, or hand to an AI assistant.
188 metrics, 14 categories
The same groups as the Health app, from activity and heart to sleep, cycle tracking and workouts with optional GPS routes. Opt in per metric; iOS asks for each one.
Bring your own storage
iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or both. JSON Lines, CSV, or both. No vendor, no ingest bill, no retention policy but yours.
Backfill, then incremental
The first run backfills your full history and resumes if interrupted. After that only new samples ship: daily, every 6 hours, or within the hour of new Health data while your iPhone is unlocked.
Daily rollups for long-term retention
Raw samples land as one file per metric per month. Daily summaries downsample each metric into one file per year, so years of trends stay small.
AI hand-off New
A ready-made prompt that tells an AI agent where your export lives and how to read it. Basically a runbook, except something actually reads it. NerdBox itself never sends your data anywhere.

NerdBox stops at the export and the daily rollups. Dashboards and alerting are yours to build in whatever tool you like. You're on call for this one anyway.

Toil reduction
Stop screenshotting the Health app to ask an AI about it.
Postmortems
Blameless. Unless it was the third espresso.
Calendar Sync
Calendar subscriptions like clinic bookings, gym classes and school timetables are read-only replicas nobody routes traffic to: Maps, CarPlay and Siri ignore them. NerdBox promotes them to real iCloud events.
Any ICS feed
Paste a webcal:// or https:// link. Each feed gets its own iCloud calendar, named and coloured as you like.
Drivable locations
Each location is looked up in Maps, so iOS can offer directions, travel time and time-to-leave alerts.
Your notes on every event
Add an alert and notes like parking or a door code to every upcoming event from a feed.
Eventually consistent
Syncs about hourly in the background and when you open the app. Cancellations disappear; past appointments stay.
Block busy time New
Personal appointments don't count toward your work free/busy, so colleagues schedule over your maintenance windows. NerdBox keeps a plain "Busy" block on your work calendar for each one.
Nothing leaks
Blocks carry no title, notes or location from the original event.
Travel buffer, weekdays only
Add 15 or 30 minutes of travel around events with a location, and skip weekends if you like.
Follows your plans
Blocks move and disappear as events change. Ones you edit by hand are left alone.
Your data goes to your accounts. Nowhere else.
No NerdBox servers
No account, no sign-up, no SaaS bill. No control plane, no data plane, nothing for your data to pass through.
Scoped Google access
Drive access is limited to files NerdBox creates. It can't see anything else.
Read-only Health
NerdBox reads Health data and never writes to it.
No tracking
No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
